• Find
a comfortable place where you will not be disturbed, and sit in whatever
position that you find that provides a feeling of being balanced.
• Enjoy your favorite sipping beverage,
this process is meant to fun.
• Stretch and feel your body relax,
while breathing in deeply. Remember to breathe into your diaphragm.
This is important. Feel your stomach expand as you breathe.
• Quiet the chatter of your mind. Keep
a notepad available to list the “To Do’s” for future
reference—this helps rid your mind of chatter. When the Gremlins
tell you that you don’t need this process, repeat to yourself: “out
with all negativity,” and continue.
• Begin to read the book, paying
close attention to the illustrations. Each illustration is a metaphor
that will provide you a sense of knowing on another level of consciousness.
• Accept whatever comes to you without
judgment. This allows more information to flow in and through you.

• If possible, read the whole book
in one sitting. The effects are greater and the subconscious processes
more completely.
• Pay attention to any special feelings
that come up for you during the process. This book was written to
address the universal feelings in all people. So allow yourself to
connect with them. There are Notes Pages at the back of the book
that you can collect your experiences.
• Ask yourself, “What does this mean
to me and my life? What do I need to change...or be thankful for?’ By
undertaking this process, you are sending a signal to your higher self,
the Universe—God that you are ready for more. Savor the moments.
• Repeat the original steps to get
comfortable and detach from the physical world.
• During the process, substitute
yourself for Tag.
• Ask questions in the rooms of
Love, Compassion, Affection, and Impartiality that are specific
to your own life. The higher consciousness in yourself will understand
and provide you with what you seek to know.
• Think for a moment. What does this
mean, now, for me? How will my life be different?
• Track the actual changes
in your life over the 2-4 weeks that follow. When you pay attention
to your processes and open yourself up, all sorts of things happen.
• Open your eyes gently and recognize
the new world you have created.
