About Shirley Ryan
Artist-Author Shirley Ryan has been practicing contemplative meditation for over 30 years, and continues to explore the internal and external benefits of walking meditation exercises, Tai Chi, subjective fantasy, breath work, and cleansing processes on a daily basis.
Meditation has played an important role in her work as a spiritually-based life coach, helping people to reach their life goals. During the course of her work, she was led to create Searching for the Waters of Antiquity to use as a self-awareness tool.
Searching for the Waters of Antiquity uniquely integrates Shirley’s extensive career experience while blending her skills of painting and meditation.
