Breath Work Helps Your Sex Life!
Many years ago I was doing a short workshop for a group of managers in a fairly large company in the North West. They were a pretty conservative bunch of folks, so training about meditation was completely out. Instead, I was discussing stress management and breath work. I went through the whole workshop and at the end I happened to mention in my summary that breath work and meditation greatly improves personal intimacy. A pretty conservative guy in the front of the room said, “Well if you had said that in your opening I would have paid more attention to the workshop!”
So there you have it folks, everyone’s mind is on sex these days, and for most of us the answer is so easy, it’s funny. But we keep searching for that elusive cure for improved sexual performance. Proof of this can be seen in anyone’s junk e-mail box. I have noticed when I clean out my junk mail I find a huge increase in e-mails trying to sell products that enhance sexual performance. This gives me the impression that people are actually looking for this kind of stuff.
Here is the straight scoop about sexual function, and I would say to any client or reader: breathe better and you will perform better! Exercise, meditation and breathing technique is an essential part of healthy living and healthy functioning. This is especially true for men, but also for women too! Of course, you can add romance to the mix for your special gals. Guys I’ll define romance: this is the place in a woman located between the ears…the mind makes the rest of the anatomy work!
